Can the push notification work with PWA apps and any different browsers? meaning that if the person doesn’t have the app open, we send push notifications to their phone screen?

As for now we have no official support on the Web SDK for push notifications. It’s an interesting feature and I’ll look into adding this into our board.
I’ll keep in touch about if/when we can land this feature.
