How to unban a user

When a user got banned - how do I unban a user , can I do it from ASC Console?

Hi @sarah1, sorry for the late reply and thank you for your inquiry.
Do you mean, unban the user in the channel?
If yes, you can unban the user via “ASC Console” system by following the step below

  1. Go to the “Users” menu
  2. Search for find the user that you want to unban
  3. Hold mouse on the third button on the label, you will see the “Global unban user”
  4. Click on the button and select “Confirm”, then that user can join the channel
