Is it possible to fetch all comments made by any user?

comments are always tied to post / content - when you say you want to fetch “all comments by any user” - do you mean all comments on a post?

No, I don’t. I want to fetch all comments made by one user for any posts.
As I see it should be a list of comments for different posts made by one user.
